Shaolin Fengmo Cudgel belongs to the long weapon series of Shaolin Wushu. It is a cudgel set of distinct feature. This set of cudgel has extended movements and agile structures with the body and cudgel moving in the same speed. Its main movements consist of sweep, hit, point, hang, swing over, hatch, move away, block, swing, ward off and uppercut. It is practised with speed changing evenly and it is of strong combat function. It is a very excellent cudgel set. It can improve your body's coordination and increase your strength if you practise it for a long time.
